How Fast Are We?

Monday to Friday, orders received are usually dispatched on the day they are received provided they reach us by midday. Weekend orders (unless there's a public holiday) are normally sent Monday. Because we are shipping from Perth, Australia Post normally take around 5-7 working days to deliver. We offer Express Post for a little extra, speeds things up considerably.

How Much Does it Cost?

Postage & packing is calculated at the checkout stage of the purchase and will be displayed to you before you send your order. For one or two items (up to 500g) within Australia, you will be charged $7.00 shipping. The next pricing increment is $13.00 for up to 2kg. Orders over $220 are shipped for free.

While we make every effort within reason to ensure that this calculation is accurate under certain circumstances the postage cost calculated may be in error and not cover the real delivery costs.

Under these circumstances we reserve the right to not proceed with the order. Instead we will contact you and inform you of the actual cost and give you the option of proceeding with the revised delivery charges, or cancelling your order.
