All orders are sent by courier and are fully trackable.
Orders placed before 11am AWST will be sent the same day. Allow 5-10 business days for Standard shipping and 1-4 business days for Express shipping to metro areas. Allow longer for regional areas. Note we dispatch orders from Perth, Western Australia. Delivery times can not be guaranteed and the couriers performance is out of our control.
FREE AU standard shipping is automatically applied for orders over $150.
Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.

Gilly's International Delivery Info
All orders are sent by registered international post with tracking. Price is based on weight/destination and will be calculated at checkout. Certain products can not be sent internationally due to restrictions.

Gilly's Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days from customer receipt of order.
If this is for change of mind or incorrectly ordering item, any postage costs incurred will be at the expense of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received in.
If a product is received damaged or faulty, our support team will assist in sorting out a replacement and/or coming to a resolution.
