Capriole Shabby Chic, re-branded to Capriole Creative, to make the brand more descriptive of who we are, was not planned. We had other things in mind back in 2019 but we are so glad that Capriole Creative fell into place at the right time.
Capriole Creative - New Store in Tungamah, Victoria
Capriole Creative is an online shopping store for furniture paints and accessories. We have extended our line to include a wide range of art and crafting supplies. From our humble beginnings at our garage, we took a leap of faith and opened our brick-and-mortar store in 2021 to better serve our customers. We did another move (hopefully our last move) in June this year to 1 Ewart Street, Tungamah, VIC 3728.
We are proud to supply furniture flippers and art and craft professionals and enthusiasts in Australia and New Zealand with the best brands of furniture paints and other furniture flipping accessories as well as the best art and craft products. Occasionally, we would send to other parts of the world.
Gilly’s is another brand that fell into place for our small business. One of our customers asked for it and since we were creating an Australian-made product category, we researched products. The rest is history. Gilly’s has always been one of the most sought-after products of both our loyal and new customers.
Gilly’s products are a fantastic addition not only to our furniture product category but even to our art and craft product category. Gilly’s concern for the environment resonates with what we stand for. We need to keep our environment healthy for the next generations. Gilly’s food safe products allow our customers to use Gilly’s products in their kitchen and home projects.
Gilly’s innovativeness from packaging to manufacturing likewise goes hand in hand with Capriole Creative’s ideals. Capriole Creative is agile; we keep innovating and changing for the better. We keep sourcing and adding new products to meet the needs of our customers.
Capriole Creative stood the tests of times. The COVID pandemic whilst an issue to most businesses is a blessing for us. Though we had challenges in logistics for both imported products and those locally sourced, those challenges were met head on with better planning and coordination with suppliers and logistics providers.
We believe that things are continuously falling into place at the right time for Capriole Creative as we prepare to move to a better location. Business will be as usual. We are staying strong, innovating, and keeping that good perspective. We will continue to supply our customers with the high quality and trusted Gilly’s products.
