For the purposes of this blog, we will be talking about hemp oil in the context of timber finishing. It is well known for its health benefits as a source of beneficial fats and as a skin moisturiser (you can certainly use our product in these ways as it is completely food safe) but perhaps, less well-known as a wonderful, natural, VOC-free alternative to a polyurethane finish.

 This month we had a chat with Kim from Our Home of Bliss. Kim has amassed a following of 10K on instagram through her likeable and relatable posts about renovating, DIY and the ins and outs of being a Mum. This month we had a chat to CCSS in Melbourne. An online shop started by Clare & Sonam, it began as a project to decorate their warehouse apartment in Collingwood. The pair soon discovered their knack for sourcing one-of-a-kind treasures. CCSS is the result of the duo’s tireless endeavours to seek out unique vintage, mid century & modern furniture.
